CS bindings no worky

I am trying to get the counterstrike bindings to work for buy menus, and have downloaded the app from UKterrorist.com. The thing is, it does all the buy scripts correctly, but I cannot for the life of me find out how to do the following:

1) Buy a HEgrenade in a keypress +prime it
2) when key is released throw the grenade

I used the default config file and saved my addons in a separate "buy.cfg" file which is called by an autoexec.

Can someone please tell me what the damn syntax is?

its used on all CPL machines... I use it too :D
Just go into your regular configuration -> controls and set the buy buttons (when you start up counter-strike not in config)

Thx for the program - but can someone just tell me what to write in the config file? I can't seem to get any of it to work.
