ddr400 twinmoss and ýntel 2.4c

can i hit 3.4 3.5 ghz with ddr400 sticks.my cpu is 2.4c.max mhz is what with this sticks

should be okay at 5:4 with less strict timings like 2-3-3-6.

If your Twinmos has Winbond CH5 chips, you will hit a wall around 260fsb +/- 10fsb. It doesn't matter if you use 1:1, 5:4 or 3:2. That memory does not like dividers on the i875/865 boards. This has been discussed in other threads already.
