But I can only get 3.0, is their something I need to do or is this it.
Costa cpu (3318A157) with an Abit Ic7 (non G) Ocz pc3500 dual mem...
FSB: 250 _ Ratio: 3:2 _ CPU Voltage: 1.5250v _ Mem Voltage: 2.6v _ Timings: 2.5 3 3 6
Please Help

Many of these chips top out at 3.0-3.2, so you are really not to far from the average. If you have not tried increasing the vcore, you can move it up one step at a time. I would not personally go above 1.60vcore as it will not produce much except hotter chip. You may also need to increase the vdimm up to 2.8v.
Edit: Welcome to OC.com
Try clicking you vcore up a bit like texasfit said & also what kind of cooling you using? What do your temps look like? Do you have proper case airflow? Might be a heat prob, or might just be the end of the road.

mine is 1 week later then yours and i can do 3.3ghz on default voltage and retail sink, although i didnt leave it at that cause the temperatures werent desirable, put ur mem voltage to 2.8 but you already run 3:2 ratio so i think you might have a dud chip.. as the others said bump ur cpu volts up like 0.025 or 0.050

Make sure your PCI/AGP buses are "fixed" to default (however I don't think you would of got to 3 gig if they weren't). You might need a bit more voltage, but I wouldn't start raising it much unless you have better than stock cooling. To increase performance, I'd use the 5:4 mem ratio. You should be good up to 3.25 gig using PC3500 RAM using 5:4.
