when you got it, and how much you paid. I'm sure if we get enough people to pitch in it would help all of us. NO BS EITHER.
Thanx

I ordered a 1GHz (266fsb) from computer craft and it was an AXIA. I ordered it 3/28 and got it 4/2
I think thier address is www.ccraft.com but am not sure. anyway it was the cheapest price for a 1GHz (266fsb) on pricewatch. $167 plus $10.95 shipping and handling.

I ordered a 1g/266 chip from newegg.com on 3-18-01. I paid $187.00 for chip, i received it about 5 days later...was a week 9 AXIA. Clocked it two days ago....rock solid at 1333, waiting(and waiting, and waiting, and waiting...) :-( for a new hsf &fan before i try for more :-)
never ordered anything online before, was skeptical about doing so...but was impressed with newegg....pretty fast delivery considering i'm on the other side of the country, plus a fedex tracking number so i know how far along the package was (now the company i ordered the HSF from, on the other hand......

Did they give you AXIA?
1G/266 AXIA from Dynasty Express. Paid 170. They don't burn you on shipping either. Ordered on Monday, Got on Thursday. 10x133 @ 1.7V right out of the box. Tough going getting it to 11x133. Damn KT7A refuses to work above 133 FSB with PC150CL2 Ram.

http://www.tcwo.com 1.2ghz (266)TBird. Cost $239 on 3/8/01 but I have Buyers Advantage, so any lower price I find for the next 3 months I can get the difference rebated. At the time, it was the second lowest price on Pricewatch, and TCWO(Thompson's Computer Warehouse) has a good resellerrating.

1.2 266 AVIA got it from www.tcwo.com (http://www.tcwo.com)
I paid 229 for it and something like 6.50 shipping.
I just got my 1GHz 266 from TCWO.com today it is an AXIA 0110cpcw
Y60902 80085 (not unlocked)I paid 156.00 plus shipping also if you buy the cheap fan for 9.00 they give you a 1 year warranty on the cpu so I bought the cheap fan and it's way better/bigger than the coolmaster that came with my 900 T-Bird. so I'll use it in my other system and see how it cools.
I'm running the 1GHz at 7.5x150 at default voltage right out of the box and it's rock solid after I play with it a while I'll pull it out and unlock it with
locktite trace paint and then see what it will do.
