Im looking at Buffalo RAM, what chip is better for my comp Im getting, NF7 MB and Barton 2500+, CH-5 or BH-5?

Btw here are some specs I pulled up on it..

Capacity - 512MB
Device Type - 32x8
Bank - 2
CAS Latency - 3
BUFFALO Part # - DD466-512/WB
DRAM Mfr. - Winbond
DRAM Rev - B

BH-5 is a more reliable overclocker. If you can come across BH-5 sticks, these would be the ones to buy. Where did you find it, btw?

newegg, but they dont list what chips it uses plus their outta stock right now...so now my question is....Corsair XMS or TwinMOS?
