Does anyone know of any type of iso type software that will make an exact image of a audio cd? I've tried nero but it won't make an iso file, it just does mp3's. If anyone understands what I am looking for, it would be a big help thanks.

Nero will make an image of a cd whether it be audio or data but it will save it as a Nero image file (*.nrg). AFAIK, EZ CD Creator will make a *.iso image file.

Clone cd or cdrwin make exact 1:1 copies and in the form of iso files.

Nero is pretty crap 4 copying unless u are trying to copy very basic stuff. (like audio cd's normally.)

off topic: what does afaik mean lol?

iso buster is probably the best iso maker. Exact audio copy is great for ripping copy protected cds. How well EAC works depends on your cd drive. Different models are able to to use different program options. I reccomend both.
