Killing my CPU's. Is my spare dead now?

Chippec the K6 2-500 @ 560 last month, so was running my K6 2-233 @ 250 with FB @ 100, C/V 2.8. NOW it wont even post, did @ 150 one time NO more @ any settings. Did I kill it running it from the 66 mhz fsb up to 100 fsb,temp was 36 C? Sh!& now down to P60 spare spare.SETI hates this. Thanks. I was comming after U Morph, LOL.

did you de-cap it? many of the k6's just dont like it when you do that, theres no mutch protection on the core like the t-birds.

fired it without knowing it........what a pity..
it's a very old Die man, must be what larger than 0.25 microns,
it can't really handle O/Cs

i got like a .65 p166 non-mmx(yah the orignal) to 200 with practly no effort.
