i have a 1.3 tbird what kinda hs should i get for it ???? ideas have thought of using like a thermaltake volcano but i heard that they are noisy but then again nothing i have ever owned was quite

Some proper punctuation and stuff would be nice.

Having said that, any copper heatsink with a nice fan should do fine with a processor that slow, I believe.

Get a thermalright AX-7 with a panaflo H1A, its quiet and good. Im running my old t bird 1.33 on one.

i'd say either that or the SK-6 and the 39cfm Sunon fan.
