I realize it uses the 9700pro chip, but does the fact that its an "All-In-Wonder" hurt its gaming performance? The only reason why I'm looking into this card is that maybe I can copy TV shows/movies and burn them onto DVD to watch later on...??? But I still want the kickass performance of the 9700pro chip...

Also, how would I go about in copying a TV show onto my harddrive so I can watch later?

the AIW cards dont hurt gaming performance but tend to be not the greatest overclockers

you should consider buying the TV card seperatly so you wont have to upgrade the whole card ,check out the leadtek XP2000 TV card

oh yeah... forgot about that minor detail! I don't want this card afterall... I'll look into a separate TV card like you said

thanks
