Anyone know if theres a way to fold on a Mac using OS 9.2? I tried the OSX clients, but they wouldn't install, I don't know if it's because it's 9.2, or it just doesn't have the right software to decompress it, but I want to get these folding. Any suggestions?

No way to do it. There are many who would fold if a client for 9 was available but it just isnt.

Damn...maybe I can convince them to upgrade to OSX then...

If it's a Mac that's not good enough to run OS X then it's no good for folding either...! If they just need an upgrade then go for it, but you're better off waiting for Panther to come out (should be in the next couple of months) as you'd be wasting money buying Jaguar now.

Well...they're the iMacs at the elementary shool here...I have no idea what their plans are on upgrading, and I don't even really know the system specs of them, because they have basically all the features blocked. I'll see what info I can get about them tomorrow.

Yeah iMacs will run OS X fine, not the quickest in the world but not bad at all. They tend to start at around 300 Mhz and peak at about 800 I think, the colour is the important thing to note as it tells you the speed. Transparent grey (graphite) and all white (snow) are the fastest I think. The original blue, green, orange etc are the slowest.
