I need to know if this board is good for overclocking..it has the KT133 chipset...but the Epox 8KTA3 has the KT133A chipset which is sopposed to be alot better..thank...checking this post this evening when i get home

I wouldn't bother getting a KT133 mobo now - I'd go with the KT133a, it's not much more expensive but the performance will be worth it, plus the extra upgradability (if Palomino ever comes out). Never heard of that mobo either, which I would assume means it's nothing special. Look at the abit KT7a (w or w/o RAID), or the Iwill KK266 or (as you said) Epox 8KTa3.
