How Long Between FSB Increase Steps?

I am starting to make a bit of headway in my o/c'ing.
I am running the system in my sig, but I am at 13x181, (2353MHz), 1.9v (cpu), 2.7v (d-ram), 1.7v (vid).

I am running SETI 24/7 for the cpu stress.

I am wondering how long in-between FSB increases should I wait for the cpu to get accustomed to the change?

Other than those who argue for "burn-in", there is little for the cpu to "get accustomed to." The basic idea is to run the system at the new speed long enough to verify stability. Combinations of 3D Mark, Sandra Burn-in, Prime 95, and SETI or F@H are good. A couple of hours is all I usually require before moving up another step.

I would run seti and prime95 for about a day. If it doesn't crash, then bump it up a few notches.
