Cooling with a Chaintech

I'm looking at getting the Chaintech 7NJS-ZENITH Ultra with a AMD Barton 3000+ processor.

My question is, if there is anyone who has this motherboard and what kind of heatsink fan combo is the best. I'd like to overclock this thing and be able to keep it cool, but I'm a Novice to doing all of this.

If ya'll can suggest anything, I'd appreciate it.

slk-800 with smart fan 2 or sk7 wiht smartfan 2 =d

the chaintech has through the board mounts so it can accept the slk-900. I would go with that and the 3000+
