what difference btw SLK800 ,SLK800A and SLK800U ???

the slk800a uses the AMD mounting clip and can ony be used on AMD CPUs
the slk800u uses mounting holes in the mobo, and can be used with intel and some AMD Mobos

Yes!The 800 will fit the deluxe. The slk-900u won't fit!There is a slk-900a out now that will fit your board.
