I'm running a 1000 Mhz Thunderbird, code AXHA, 2001 week 5 on an Asus A7V133. I unlocked it (AGAIN!) w/ a mechanical pencil, and I'm seeing some odd stuff. I can get it to boot @ 12*100, but its not stable at all! Whereas if I set it to 8.5*142, it'll boot fine and run stable (at 1.5 Vcore). I think I may just need more voltage for the 12*100. Maybe somewhere around 1.6 or 1.65. Maybe even (gasp!) Default! Any suggestions?

What are you cooling it with? At the lower voltage heat shouldn't be a problem, but if you want to run higher, you'll need to up the voltage, which means more heat, thus better cooling becomes a necessity.

I'm currently cooling it w/ a Thermaltake Volcano II, but I'm going to be stepping that up to a GW FOP 38 later today, w/ some AS II Thermal Grease. I've also tried setting the CPU w/ maximum voltage (1.85) and its still unstable. Any more suggestions?
