Post code and CPU mahiem

I think I crushed my Cpu but Im not sure. I got a peltier cooler. In the process of putting the peltier cooler in my computer I ripped an IC off my ram and killed my ram. To make sure nothing else died I stuck my POST card in my computer and as I expected everything was fine except for the ram of course. I got a new stick and now a mysterious POST code of 00 is coming up and wont go away. I know the ram is good. It was boguht new. And it only started giving me this code after I got the new ram. And I have an Award Bios. If anyone knows what post code 00(zero zero) means let me know. I cant find it documentd on phoneix's website or anywhere else.

motherboard/cpu/ram would be helpful
