goto sidewindercomputers.com. SLK 7 for 21.95. i just did this for my neighbor. that with a sunon fan was $36 shipped.

Try the SK-7. It's only a few notches behind the SLK-800, and it's cheap.

i hear the Sk-7 is a good heatsink, but everytime i go to www.svc.com, i can never find a smartfan2??? could someone help me??

You can get the SLK-700 with a TMD fan at KDcomputers for $30. It's almost as good as an slk-800. And that site has a resellerrating of 9.88 - about the same as newegg, and there have been over 165 reviews for that site, so it's not just a fluke.
