Say, which is a better performer overall? For example, without any ocing and both are 1.2 Ghz with one being 12*100=1200 and one 9*133=1200, which one will win (if any at all)?

The FSB 133 is a slight faster, but you have to unlock the CPU if it is locked from the factory to get it to run at 133 properly.

Fsb is the speed that processor and ram move at so the faster this is the faster the overall system is.
