P4 2.4C Costa Rica overclock!

I have a

Pentium4/512/800
SL6WF Costa Rica
3312A

2.4GHz processor. It is running @ 3526MHz with an SLk-900 and a 50CFM fan. It has temps reported at 42C idle and 45.5C load on an abit IC7, WHICH IS NOTORIOUS FOR READING HIGH!

Geee how are you guys able to get such good temps differences? My idle is like 43c and it rises to 59-60c on load! Someone told me that increase was too high! Maybe my HS isn't mounted on properly????????
