FSB Overclocking, is this right?

system config: duron 800, Iwill kk266 Mobo, Ram: kvr133 x 64c3/128.

Achieve 900mhz by uping fsb to 113mhz vs unlocking cpu and 9 x 100fsb, which one of method is better.

Personally, I'd use the multiplier. I don't really trust setting the FSB up too awfully much, because it can cause some cards and aparantly now, RAID and SCSI controllers not to work.

Raising the FSB can cause problems w/ Video cards. If you have a good VGA you will be ok up to a point. It is better to unlock the Duron and use both in combination, therefore not having raise FSB as high.
