Unplanned downgrade

As some of you may have seen in General Hardware it appears i've toasted my 2200+ 'A' core. Now, I managed to get it stabley running a 140*15 (1890 ish) at 1.65v(default).
Im probably gonna get a 1700+ as funds are tight ATM. Its advertised as a DUT3C - which should be a 'B' core right? Should I be able to reach 2ghz and above easily? And at what sort of voltage?

yeah my 1800 it DUT. it does 2.1. this is about as far as a DUT will go. my temps are good and my memory has more room. it's all CPU limited.
