Your BIOS is defaulting to 100MHz FSB. You need to go in there and change it manually to 166MHz (or higher if you want to overclock).

Is a overclocked 6800 XT junction temp of 108 degrees Celsius okay? It maxed out at 111 degrees Celsius for a second too which seems bad.
