Dragging problem

Hey my friend is having this problem on his Dell with winxp pro where he can't drag any of his folders on the desktop or drag anything from like his playlist to his dekstop or anything of that sort. Anyone know this problem?

Have your friend check this...right click the Start button or the Taskbar, and select "Properties" | "Start Menu" tab | "Customize" button | "Advanced" tab | Under the "Start menu items:" field, make sure "Enable dragging and dropping" is checked.

Yes it is, I think he just has some hiked virus.
