This thing has a bigger fan shroud, and anice copper core to it. amd is really stepping up thier heatsinks for the retail package. I have mine running at 2145 mhz with a 45 deg load temp. not bad woohoo amd for making a heatsink worth shipping.

the one on the left of course.
the one on the right is a 2200 hsf

Is copper only on the base, not part of the fins? If so, it doesn't seem to be any more efficient of a heatsink than the original. Copper is great, but having to spread the heat across a soldered gap greatly decreases efficiency. Bigger sinks are better though.
