i bought a new 1.33 and a vantec heatsink/fan to hold me over till i get my water cooling rig ready.

i'm at 150mhz x 10...the core voltage is still set to auto...i think around 1.8v.

i ran final reality and my alarm went off at 45C, so i quit the application. i'm kind of nervous to let it go above that. typing here it's down to 30C. no lockups or anything yet. =)

update: i tried final reality demo again and 44C was it's high.

Not to bad. I have mine set at 138x11.5 right now.If you are at default voltage you will be at 1.75. to get your chip on up you will need to up the voltage. But get your watercooler then go crazy with it. At 45c you are not to hot . I don't like getting much over 50c. I haven't gotten over 46c with my watercooler. But I have gotten over 1600.

Hey, nice overclock, but set your alarm to maybe 49 or 50 instead of 45, because even 49 isnt dangerous, I have ran my CPU at 63C for about 1 hour once (Ouch), but I say raise the alarm so you can really see what she can do!

i tried to bump up the muliplier to 10.5 but it changes the speed to 1275 i think. what's the deal with that? is because of the voltage?

i also tried 155 bus...it will post but it gave the system sopped message going into win 2000.

Start out at 133x10 as a benchmark & see how your system performs at that setting. After it is stable begin to have fun. There are so many factors that can affect your speed including your type of ram memory.

I just got a Retail Boxed 1.333 T-Bird (AXIA) yesterday and I already have it up to 1.507 (11x137) with just the retail fan/heatsink combo that came with it! This is without any voltage changes.

Temps are ~25C idle and ~43C after heavy gaming. This processor rocks!!!
