Which 5900 Ultra should I get?

I am in the market to buy a 5900 Ultra, but there are many options out there. What I am looking for is the best 5900 Ultra for overclocking. I have heard that one card come from the factory with better core/mem settings than others, does it OC?

maybe check to see if gainward has one of those already higher based core/mem settings card out there. that would be good.

as far as I know all these cards are based on boards that are given to all manufacturers by Nvidia, so there will be no difference in anything used upon, but the cooling they come with and whatever free software bundled - so thats the only thing I would be basing the decision on.

but then the premise was for this that the complexity would require the manu's to aquaint themselves with the technology before they started making their own, dont know if they have worked out the conundrum that is nvidia yet :santa2:
