I'm liking this Ceramique stuff :)

Just wanted to say... I did a test today with the heat around noon with Sandra.. ran the arithmetic and graphic burn ins around 75 times each and the highest temp I recall seeing was 57c, and the P4 fan didn't hit max speed (though very close). I know, this temperature is not good, but this is with no ac on, door shut, no window open, and I haven't gotten my front intake fan yet. Before applying Ceramique, before I hit 50 runs with Sandra I hit 64c, with the P4 fan going max speed.

Granted, this is not a scientific test but in my experience this is some good stuff. I can live with high 50's celsius max cpu temp but once it gets to 60 celsius or above I don't like it. :(
