Kingston HyperX 256MB PC3500 Fail To Boot@200FSB

I have an XP 2500+ with Asus A7N8X-DX. I recently got 2 sticks of Kingston HyperX 256MB PC 3500 (Not kit). Everything runs fine at 166fsb, but whenever I try to raise it to 200 (in dual channel) the system boots to the windows logo and restarts. However I can go as far up as 220fsb in single channel mode. I know the sticks aren’t a kit, but they are identical.

I was wondering if anything could be done so I can run them in dual channel.

Well I fixed it, my silly friend didn't update his bios even though I told him to, it's all fixed now, latest bios fixed it (1005 bios).
