basically that IS a phase change unit. more like a phase change chiller.
exactly what [OC]This is using (deep freezer to cool liquid). nothing crazy going on there. i was looking into one of those, and couldnt find one on ebay for less than 75$ crapped out and shipping would be more than the cost of the thing.
its bascially like spend 50 on that thing and get 25c, or make your own for 100$ and get -10c.

I got a chiller on ebay for $75 and get 2c temps :)
It also fits as one case (albiet a big one)

I know that you are asking for a chiller, but won´t a Dden pelt of 226w ($38) do the job with a cheap psu suppplying the meanwell??
