here're my specs:
Duron 750 with a really good cooler from Pabst (german you perhaps dont know)
NMC 8TAX
128 MB RAM Cas 2
and a TNT2 Pro (will change soon)
ok now I just wantet to overclock a bit. Put the FSB to 107. and put the Vcore a little bit higher (1.68 V) Temp at 38 ° C when normal working.
but when I run a benchmark it dosn't run through it simply locks up. That's the prob. also the sys locks up after a certain time.
Dunno what to do now.

ups sorry for posting two times just wanna change something. Admin would be cool to delete THIS one not the other couse I made changes. Thanks!
I think u should give it a little more power, try 1.70 or 1.75V.
Why don't u try to up the multiplier, instead of the FSB? Try 8x100MHz.

yeah nice idea. I know how to unlock the CPU but ... dunno how to change multiplier in the bios I know that I can get it to 12.5 (from the website) but don't find it. it's not in the frequency /host clock/...(don't remember at the moment) menu
I have Award BIOS. you know where?
PS: thx for heöping that fast there are other forums where they don't treat newbies like this. :)
Well newbie or not newbie, u have to treat people nice no matter what.
What motherboard do u have?
Can't u change the multiplier trough the dipswithes? (check ur manual)
PS I will bo gone untill Sunday, so I can't reply right away. I'm almost certin that someone else will help u while I'm gone, but if all goes wrong, drop me an E-mail, and I will get back to u as soon as possible. See ya!

Have you got a link to the manufacturer's website? Never heard of the board before, but if I can get some info on it from their site I might be able to help. In the meantime if you can't find out how to change the multiplier and want to oc by the fsb, you could try raising the VIO. That's the one that's normally at 3.3V - take it to 3.4 or 3.5 if you can. It's not too surpirsing that the system's crashing at 107fsb, as your PCI bus is now at 36MHz, and the cards and memory might need that little bit more voltage to help keep them stable. The VIO on my A7V is set to 3.54V by default, so Asus clearly think that's ok for the cards and memory - and I'll agree with them :-)

Heres a link to MOBO makers, although I don't see NMC anywhere.

I would go with FSB, as long as your system stays stable. It will get you a higher Performance gain, than changing multipliers.
