A) what is a good site which will tell me step by step on how to unlock the duron 800 mhz

B) What are some good settings for the duron with this mobo?

i would suggest fsb overclocking to get your feet wet.
kk266 mobo has wonderful feature called Iwill smart setting. which allow you to oc through fsb. i suggest read manual of page 73 - 75.

after when you feel more comfortable ocing, eventually you may want to unlock cpu by using pencil or other methods. unlocking will give you greater control of ocing experience.
have fun in your ocing. post how it went.
