2.4 or 2.6

I'm gonna get a Celeron(yeah I know they're crippled but I'm not spending over $100 right now(can get a 2.4 for $76 and a 2.6 for $103)). Which one would overclock better the 2.4 or 2.6???
I'll be using a Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394(GA-8SQ800 ULTRA2) mobo
and Kingmax 512mb pc3200 Gold Edition(hope it's pretty good) and pretty much everything else in my P4 sig below..

I'd get the 2.0 if I had to get a Celeron (go for lower multiplier). I'd also get an Abit or Asus mobo.
