I know it is better to have 2 fans on the heatercore (one pulling, one pushing), but in term of temp, how much 2 fans could decrease temp?

depends on the heater core.. if your heater core has tightly packed fins then you don't need much air flow so 1 fan would do .. (or 4 130cfm fans in a air tight wooden frame + metal sheeting - as i have done)

but if you have sparsly packed fins .. your gonna need a LOT of air flow..

overall it doens't make much difffernce at all

10cfm on a res will make a HUGE differnce but 120 more don'es very little

It's a danger den heatercore. So what is better?

Btw, now I have a panaflow high 104 cfm , but it's noisy. I ordered a vantec stealth of 53 cfm. Is this one will be enough?

I had a 70cfm panaflo 120 on my D-Tek rad & was getting about 42 degrees at idle(always F@H) I just got 2 evercool 80 cfm fans & 7 volted them so they are inaudible & my temps dropped to 36 degrees.

What is the 7 volted BTW? can you explain it to me?

You use the yellow 12v wire as the power connector to the fan and use the red 5v connector as the fan ground. The fan sees the potential difference between the 12v and the 5v so is run at 7 volts. Fans can be run at 5v but some will fail to start and air flow is low. 7v is a 40% improvement over 5v.
