Oh yeah I own ( 9 X 250 ) so far it's stable in Sandra 49C under load w/ stacked fans on heatsink (ocz gladiator and 2 stock athlon fans stacked on top).
Now can someone please tell me if a bios update on the SOLTEK 75FRN2-RL will allow FSB settings above 250 in bios.
Bios ver. 1.00.0.21

nice job on the oc. But just so you know, stacking fans adds no performance unless you use special fans and even then not that much. Just one higher speed fan or a 60-80mm converter with a nice 80mm fan would be a much better idea for cooling.

This is only temporary cooling until my phase change is ready, but I guess I got the right combination of fans and rpm's because I realized a 10C temp drop which allowed me to get more than 205 FSB.

Oh yes.....I am in love with my new SOLTEK board, and my phase change should be installed this weekend.:D :D :D

EDIT; SANDRA reports--Front side bus speed 2X 251 MHz(502 MHz Data rate) :D

Your vdd 1.80, or did you mod it?

Very nice by the way.... and I doubt that soltek will release a bios with higher than 500mhz (250x2) fsb... who knows, you might get lucky with a hacked bios though.

edit: Oh and get us some benches asap.
 
No mods at all, and I will post some benchies tommorrow after installing something for screen capture.....SANDRA is still running and I have to catch a nap before work at 630 am.

Edit; SANDRA reports memory bandwith at 90% efficiency.......I may still be able to do some tweaking yet!

No need for software. If your using any version of windows, just hit Ctrl + Print screen and paste into MS paint or just about any other graphics program.
 
Sorry guys but I did'nt get off work until 10 pm.
Can someone host my screenshots, I just realized that I am not allowed to post attatchments yet........how long will it be?

BTW.......I came home to find my ocd rig @ a cool 31C, I think that's because the room temps are 5 deg lower.

GREAT post ,, there but ,i try that motherboard test to monitor and it does not suport my mobo wich is a gig 8pe667u any otherway to see temp and all before runing test for 10 hours ,im not sure how test works i just clicked on peform all stress test and it did good but heard harddrive and fans goin and stoped it ,will comp turn off , iff it gets hot .. thanx << and any one know any settings for my mobo its got 2.53 ,,,,good thermatake case and tt 7 fan ,,thanx again ,,
 
hum.. looking at your mem scores... it doesn't seem that great results! Are you running synk or assynk settings?
With those results it looks that your running asynk.. and if you are... It's not that impressive at all getting 250 of FSB!
