Just a quick little question here.
I am in the middle of cutting out some nice little mosfet heatsinks for my 8RDA+, but need a little help on how to bond them together. I know i need some sort of thermal epoxy, but i really cant be bother to go ordering a brand new tube of artic alumina whatch-a-ma-call-it for one little job.
I do have some sort of epoxy which came with my Zalman NB32J northbridge heatsink (two different coloured syringes, mix then leave to cure sorta thing).
All i really wanna know is, will i need to mix a little ASIII into this epoxy to aid in thermal transfer? would this stuff be fine on its own? or could doing this possibly reduce the strength of the epoxy?

Epoxy is usually very strong so adding a SMALL amount of ASIII will not adversely affect it. Just spread it thinly, that's all ;)

ok, thanks. i havent even read the instructions yet on how to mix/apply it etc (if there are any), i'll get round to that tomorrow. Maybe i'll check some online guides or something :/
