I ordered a nf7-s from refurb section on 7/21 , on 7/22 the whole Memphis area had a HUGE storm and I lost power for about a week at home and work ( along with 300,000 other homes and business's) . After recovering from the fallout I FINALLY got around to testing the motherboard this Saturday , it was messed up , booted fine but would not save any changes in the BIOS. I called newegg explained the situation and they e-mailed me an RMA. That is AWESOME !!!!!!!! Almost 30 days out on what should have been a 15 day policy and they had no problems doing it at all.
