Hi guys,

Im about to get 2 cpus to go into a dual, but im looking for the best steppings i can. Id like to get around 2.4, but im not holding my breath for anything really. What should I get from:

XP1800 OEM Thoroughbred cores AIWGA 0322RPMW DLT3C

Or

XP2100 OEM Thoroughbred cores AIUHB

What do you reckon? Any advice is welcomed....

Welcome to the Forum!

Of those two choices, get the 2100+ T-bred B core since it will overclock MUCH more than the 1800+ T-bred A core you listed. My 1800+ T-bred A only reaches 1.85GHz.

Don't be fooled by the voltage "L" designation on the 1800's, the core revision is the fifth letter of the stepping code "AIWGA".
