Ive heard that the drivers for the SB Audigy cards are terrible. I have an original Audigy card, not Audigy 2 and it worked fine in my old Abit KT7 board, but since i got my new Epox 8KRA2+ ive been having lots of problems. It works sometimes, other times it doesnt. Right now everytime i try to install the driver it does nothing at all and still tells me it isnt installed. The onboard audio is set to disable so that isnt the problem. Anybody have some insight into this???

*edit* I did try going back to stock speed and voltage to see if that was causing some problems, but that didnt help at all.

this will sound dumb but make sure you have it plugged in the right spot. my sound card has a militia of pugs in the back. for different surround speakers.

if that's not it i'm stumped. i'd try uninstalling the drivers then starting over. after that i would re install the OS. i don't have much patience for stuff like that though.

as far as i know kt600 is just an add on to the kt400. so there shouldn't be any new issues. i know the northbridge and memory controller have been revised some but shouldn't be anything tremendous.

well the plugs definatly arent it, because windows isnt installing the drivers properly. I took it out and im using the onboard sound now which is working, although it isnt as good as audigy. Ill try to re-install the audigy later and see if that works.
