need help with fsb

i just got my new mobo Soyo K7VTA-Pro...the new soyo board with the VIA KT133-a chipset. I did some oc'ing last night and got it up to 1323 (11.5 x 115) perfectly stable. ( I have a 1.1 gig T-bird). Now my question is, if I want to use 133 fsb and lower the multiplier, how will that affect my other components, such as HDD, Sound card, vid card, etc.?? When you use 133 fsb does the divider change to X / 4 or does it stay at
X / 3? And if it stays at X / 3 wont that kill my hard drive and other components?

When you go up to 133 the divider drops to 1/4, so the pci is running at 33MHZ. You'll be aight at 133. :)
