Basically i want to get a 4x dvd drive which has support for both - and +

the Big 3 ive seen are NEC, Pioneer and of course Sony

I want the drive to operate well and be able to back up all of my dvds... so it must be able to break copy protection well sort of like the liteon cdrw... ok so i want the liteon of the dvdrw world!

thanks

I like the TDK drive dual format drive. I've had alot of experience with it at work and it has worked great. For what it's worth we get alot of the sony drives returned, That doesn't necessarily mean they're bad though. Alot of people just can't figure out how to use it :p
