Is it just me, or do both of the sides look like big heatsinks?

I think that's the idea. Interesting idea but have there been any tests to see how well it REALLY works.

there was something like this on Directron, but I can't find it anymore. it had heatpipes for the GPU, hard drive, and CPU, I believe. if not HDD, then Northbridge. regardless, it had three heatpipe attachments, and fins on the exterior. =/

do the heatpipes make that much of a difference? who here is working someplace where they need ABSOLUTE silence? i know i am used to the little bit of noise i get from my comp right now
