radeon 9800 ram latency

I am looking into buying a 9800 either pro or np. I can't find anywhere the ram latencys of different cards. I learnded that the generic ati cards have 3.5ns ram, it was on a review some where. What are some cards with fast ram?

i believe they have the samsung 2.8ns ram chips

The 9800Pro and some of the early 9800np cards use 2.8ns Samsung memory. The current batch of 9800np cards are using 3ns Infineon and 3.3ns Samsung memory. The 3.3ns Samsung seems to overclock better than the Infineon however.
I have no clue what latencies the different cards use.
