OK, i've read that you can soft mod GF4s into the quadro[auto CAD designed cards] cards using i beleive it was some sort of software mod. I'm wondering...if i'm even right here..if I can do that to my GF2mx, can i soft mod it into a quadro 2 ?!

No. The MX isn't a gpu that a quadro was built on.
