well i have a 2100 palomino processor and its in a shuttle xpc with an ice cooler (ya know that heat pipe crap). So my question is, is it even worth overclocking this or should i just let it be, the current ram is runnig cas 2.0 and is in synch with the fsb. So what do you think should i up the fsb or just leave it as is, as stability needs to be 100% on this machine.

That processor cant overclock for ****. I used to have one. The highest i got it was like 1807 mhz. Thats not even a 100 mhz overclock. Any motherboard is good for overclocking if you know what your doing. Just some motherboards dont require modding to OC like the NF7-S but others like yours will require some modding. Just get a new CPU. Palominos cant OC for ****.

Yeah, I agree with the above post. I had a 2100+ and I would constantly get lockups if I had it too far above stock. Totally a waste of time to overclock it.
