which way?
Blow air onto the heatsink or take air out of the heatsink?
I think blowing would be better? But I might be wrong.

Wha do You think?

Depends on if there is a shroud covering the top half of the fins or pins on your heatsink. If there is a shroud the the fan will probably work better sucking. If no shroud, then blowing would probably be better.

I got better results with blowing on with my alpha 6035

Typically heatsinks and fans deliver best performance as delivered. You can always test your set-up and see which way it performs better.

Trying to 'guess' how convectional cooling works best is best left to testing. I'd do a little testing at safe speed and voltage settings.

i think that its best the way it came-i got a shround sucking our away from the fan and it works good
