You dont need anything too drastic. 300 watts should be enough, as fans don't require large amounts of energy, only have 2 cd-rom drives, and 1 hard drive. If you are planning on doing some extreme overclocking with MANY fans and power requirements from the system, I would THEN go 350-400. I have only seen one computer require too much wattage (and that was a E-machine E-monster with a 120 watt power supply with 2 hard drives, 2 cd-roms, and an overclocked P3-500)

Enermax 430W is quite reasonable.
Definitely go for a 400W unit. The Enermax and Antec are good examples. The FMI is a bad example. Before you buy, look at the specs. In a good unit, the rated wattage for the combination of +5V and +3.3V should be 245 or higher. Some of the sleazy 400s only have a rated wattage for the combination of +5V and +3.3V at 165W.

Check out the new enermax powersupplies. I have one of the 350 watt (actually is rated 365) and love it. Coolerguys.com is selling them now for decent prices.
Enermax "Whisper" 350W EG365P-VE (FC) $69.00
Enermax 431W EG451P-VE $99.00

Enermax is the way to go. They have great customer support. I have the 431watt and it is great.
I'm hoping the USPS guy drops off my 430w Enermax today. eBay has them for pretty cheap right now.
If you have a lot of money and want the best get a p/s from www.pcpowerandcooling.com
Their 425W unit runs $180-200, but it's regulated to within 1% and can be adjusted if the voltage drops, as in most o/c TBird systems.
