If I know the voltage that a cpu is supposed to work at should I set it manually in the bios or leave it on the auto sense? I'm using the Asus A7N8X deluxe board and was wondering if its recommended.. I"m not ocing this setup etc. All stock.

Btw, the voltage for an AMD XP 2500 "barton" cored cpu is 1.65volts isn't it?

If you're going to stay at stock, just leave the voltage at stock; 1.65v.

Should i set it manually? or let the board use its autosense deal?

Autosense should work perfectly. In fact, if you want to save a little power and run a little cooler, you could even try to undervolt it. I think that it should be able to run at 1.5v or lower at stock.
