Couple of questions first off im new, yesterday i posted a problem that i couldnt clock my amd 1.2 133x anything higher than 10, wouldnt boot up windows me, well it was my VIA monitor sys, ive now increased fsb to 137 x 10 still cant get anything higher my windows freezes during desktop or wont intialize windows so now ive moved up to 1.37 now my question is from here where do i go when my screen froze my voltages were 1.92vcore, 3.43 io my 5volts was down to 4.82 is this the psu now or am i missing something here whats causing it to freeze? Ive tried 140fsbx10 wont intialize windows, anything above 10x on multiplier wont leave the bio after boot up shows 1400 than intializes and cursor just blinks and blinks and blinks hee hee thanks for the input oh yea my temps are starting to get in mid 40s dont think that would cause the freezing my k7ta-raid board also doesnt show any voltage options above 1.85 for vcore how are some of you guys getting more volts are there more bridges to unlock.... lots of questions

Did the chip come unlocked or did you unlock it? If you unlocked it, it could be that the bridges aren't connected very well(mine doesn't like any mult with a .5 in it.) I wouldn't worry about the volts too much, mine go down to 4.71 and I don't crash(unless I do something stupid :) ). To adjust the Vcore higher you have to a volt mod, Take a look in the AMD mobo forum, I think there is stuff in there as to how to do it. I know that it requires solder resistors onto your mobo AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD COOLING!! If you pump 2.16 Vcore into that thing it will be chugging out a ton of heat, even at 1.9 Vcore it's like 80 or 90 watts of heat, most people who do the mod use watercooling and a pelt. Have you tried 100X12 just to see if that mult will work, or even try 100X11, just to test the mults. The only other thing I can think of is that your ram is crappin out at the higher bus speeds. i can get up to 100x12.5 i am now able to get into windows desktop before the big freeze. ive noticed after loading into windows my temp is up to 55 ive adjusted my via monitor so cpu overheat is 60 and hysteresis is also 60 my sys temp is 28 i realize i have to get better cooling which i will this week is there other programs that are built into windows that is possibly freezing me? Before everyone freaks i am getting extra cooling hee hee would like to know i can get more out of this chip before i spend more money to acheive something i cant however!! Helppppp lol
