my ti4200 crapped out on me it was 6 months old..i changed the heatsink and fan on it.(had to put it back to stock before shipping it back)i contacted them and got an rma and now i got a new ti4200 no questions asked.. i will be glad to do business with gainward again as long as they come out with a good performer anytime soon..

never said i broke it. i changed the hsf and it ran fine for a long time..it was never overclocked..it just crapped out for no reason..so no need to post your link about rmas.this was totally legit. i paid 180 bucks for the card and it shouldnt have went bad. so i kinda feel entitled to a new card..

So why would you change the hsf if you aren't going to overclock it that in it'self doesn't make sence.

I'm not saying that you RMA'd a card you broke... but i think that if all people were to RMA only things that were truly defective, we'd probably see a price drop in the components we buy.

i changed it because it was a thermaktake hsf with a blue light on it..any more questions?
