on my quest to get to 1400 and above from my 1.2 im now able to boot into desktop with 140x10 any combination that results in my cpu hitting 1400 rt when desktop is about finished i get a warning sys registry windows will now reboot and my sys freezes. Does anyone have experience with this in me? How do i get past this?

in short, your system could not handle that high mhz. I had the same experience with my duron 800mhz. Things worked fine for me at 8x133mhz=1066mhz. But soon as I pushed it one more step 8.5x133mhz= 1130nhz I got that register error and self reboot. Back to the previous setting... the system is just fine and stable as before. There is always a limit for a certain CPU though.

It may be too slow RAM chips
My RAM stops me at 130 MHz... :( old PC 100 chips....
Try higher RAM voltage if your MB can do it
or try 11*128 instead of 10*140.
